I am a psychologist, change manager, and leadership trainer based in Trier, Germany. For over a decade I have worked at the intersection where human behavior and organizational transformation meet — helping companies and their leaders not just implement change, but understand the people who carry it.

My background combines applied and organizational psychology with hands-on leadership experience across the DACH region and beyond. I have spent 15 years in leadership roles before building my consulting practice — which means I bring both psychological depth and genuine operational credibility to every engagement.

My approach is direct, evidence-based, and built on one conviction: sustainable change begins inside people before it shows up in processes. I work in German and English with clients across industries.

Gladiator Leadership is my signature program — a unique leadership experience set in a Roman amphitheater in Trier, one of Europe's oldest cities. Combining combat training with neuropsychological principles, it creates conditions for insight that no boardroom can replicate.

The arena strips away hierarchy and comfort. What remains is raw leadership — how you think under pressure, how you communicate when stakes are real, how you build trust with the person beside you. These are lessons executives carry back into their organizations.

My Methodology

How change
actually happens

Diagnose the system

Before strategy, before tools — I map what is actually driving behavior in your organization. Psychological contracts, informal power structures, resistance patterns, and the gap between what people say and what they do.

Build acceptance before momentum

Resistance is not a problem to overcome — it is information to understand. I work to build genuine acceptance at every level before accelerating implementation, because change without buy-in is just pressure with a deadline.

Design for behavior, not belief

People do not change because they are convinced. They change because the environment makes new behavior easier than old behavior. I design interventions, structures, and incentives that make the desired change the path of least resistance.

Embed and transfer capability

Transformation without embedding is just an event. I build internal capability — the knowledge, habits, and leadership practices that ensure change becomes culture rather than a project that eventually fades.
